Validation at Grenoble' hospital
Test protocol:

The ZoneX system is connected in series to the CHU reference system (MCG Diagnostic).

The subject performs an incremental exercise test.

Both systems record respiratory signals.
Analysis of results:

The signals from both machines are synchronized and compared.
Tests were conducted in December 2024and showed a very strong correlation between the signals, allowing thresholds to be determined with the same reliability.

A more comprehensive study for scientific publication is currently being prepared.

Some example of field tests
During incremental exercise, the expired volume and eqCO2=VE/VCO2 curves have an expected shape in order to detect ventilatory thresholds.
Since June 2025, more than 400 tests have been carried out by PAIRFS and its customers, with signals consistent with physiological expectations in each case.
