BikeX is a connected device that analyzes your breathing during an incremental exercise test to measure two key exercise intensities: your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds
✅ Accurately assess your current fitness level and your potential for improvement
✅ Train at the right intensity levels to make faster progress
✅ Track your progress accurately
Technology validated in a clinical trial with Grenoble University Hospital
Connected, easy-to-use system
Compatible with Bluetooth ERG-mode home trainers
Works with mobile and tablet apps

Ventilatory thresholds and key effort levels
The 2015 study by Wolpern et al. compares the use of ventilatory thresholds to cardiac reserve for determining training intensities
❌ With poorly calibrated training efforts, you can plateau.
✅ With properly calibrated training efforts, you can improve up to 2.2× faster.
🔬 BikeX it's a lab test at home
BikeX is the first device that lets you reliably perform measurements—typically done in a lab—at home using your smartphone
🚴♂️ Measure, understand, and improve
✅ Measures your aerobic (basic endurance) and anaerobic (high-intensity) thresholds
✅ Incremental test in 20W increments, performed on a stationary bike
✅ Controlled via the mobile app

PAIRFS technology has been validated in a clinical trial conducted in collaboration with Grenoble Hospital.
PAIRFS develops its own gas sensor technology, which is based on more than 20 years of R&D conducted by CEA LETI, a leading research center in Europe. PAIRFS holds a portfolio of 11 patents.
The technology is the same as that used in the ZoneX product, with which more than 2,000 tests have already been conducted
